Cook & Collins would like to thank everyone who has supported us over these past 2 years. Being a part of the Midtown, Houston Dining scene has been wonderful. January 31st was our last service. We were sold to the UFO Hospitality Group. UFO is led by Houston Chef Adam Puskorius. Cook & Collins will be transformed into the groups first Houston Concept; Stoked Tacos & Tequila. Opening Spring 2016.

Spare Key, the award winning cocktail bar above Cook & Collins operated by Chris Frankel, will remain and will be open regular hours during the renovation period at Stoked, except from Feb 7th thru 16th, while it undergoes a brief renovation of it's own. Of course Chris will be traveling during that time continuing to research the worlds most innovative and outstanding cocktails. Chris will also be directing the beverage program for Stoked, and alongside Chef Adam's menu, should leave Midtown in great hands. We wish the UFO team the best of luck!
